Ali Bidram

Ali Bidram, Senior Engineer, Protection & Control, is a specialist in power systems dynamics and modeling, grid integration of renewable energy resources, and power systems protection modeling and coordination. With Quanta Technology, Ali has worked on Altalink wide-area protection project involved in CAPE modeling, and sensitivity and coordination studies. Ali has also worked in modeling and dynamic analysis of grid connected renewable energy resources using PSCAD. In his PhD, he worked on distributed cooperative control of microgrids and proposed novel distributed control methods for voltage and frequency synchronization in islanded microgrids.
